I will do a deep dive into your books to ensure any issues are brought to your attention. Pricing depends on time needed to do the exit consult and training.

Don’t need a bookkeeper but can’t figure out QuickBooks? No problem, I can help you learn what you need to do to meet your business’ needs. Pricing depends on depth/specificity of training wanted.

Need Monthly Services?
How this works: We will do a discovery call, where you will tell me about your business. This will help me gage what your business needs are and I will make recommendations at that time. We will schedule either a setup for your new business, or, if it is an existing business, a review and possible straightening up of the books. This will set everything up for me to step into a regular advisory role for your business.
Once we are ready to proceed with monthly services, I will present you with three recommendations tailored to your needs. These serve as examples.
The Bare Bones
You keep your books while I reconcile the bank/credit card accounts, do reviews and make any adjustments needed, coaching and basic reports included. I will Zoom with you as needed. You may select one Service Extra to this service.

The Essentials
You do your invoices, accounts payables and receivables, upload receipts, and payroll. I will categorize and match bank feeds, reconcile bank/credit card/loan accounts, weekly Zoom meetings, coaching and basic reports included. You may pick up to two Service Extras.
$700/month
The Everything
You do your invoices, upload receipts. This is the Essentials plus up to three Extra Services. Your books will be up-to-date with little as a 24-48 hour delay. Advisory Services included
